Senior Program Officer - Arizona

Kerri Kaczmarczyk came to the Trust in 2025, bringing 17 years of experience supporting Arizona communities through nonprofit program management, fund development, and foundation and corporate giving. Prior to joining the Trust, Kaczmarczyk served as the director of programs for Free Arts of Arizona and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona, where she led trauma-informed care initiatives to support vulnerable children and families. Previous roles also include program officer and corporate giving specialist for the Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust and Arizona Public Service. As a senior program officer at the Trust, Kerri is responsible for reviewing grant proposals, meeting with potential grantees, conducting site visits, and monitoring and evaluating proposals. Additionally, she manages the Nina Mason Pulliam Legacy Scholars program at Arizona State University. Kaczmarczyk has a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Arizona State University and a certificate from ASU’s Lodestar Nonprofit Leadership Academy.
