25 years of helping people in need: Wheeler Mission

This year, the Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust is celebrating 25 years of community grantmaking in Indiana. To honor Mrs. Pulliam’s legacy, the Trust supports Wheeler Mission Ministries’ efforts to help people experiencing homelessness.

As the oldest and continuously operating homeless provider in Indiana, Wheeler Mission provides emergency shelter and services for people experiencing poverty, homelessness and substance abuse disorder. Recently, the Trust partnered with the Wheeler Mission Center for Women and Children to expand and renovate their facility to serve the growing number of women and children experiencing homelessness.
