CELEBRATING 25 YEARS OF STORIES

25 years of helping people in need: Midwestern University Eye Institute

This year, the Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust celebrates 25 years of community grantmaking in Arizona. To honor Mrs. Pulliam’s legacy, the Trust supports Midwestern University’s vision programs to help people in need in Maricopa County.

After suffering months of temporary blindness, Mrs. Pulliam became a champion for the blind and visually impaired. In partnership with the Trust, the Midwestern University Eye Institute provides low-cost, comprehensive vision care to vulnerable populations, including those living in underserved communities, seniors and children. This care is critical to helping patients better perform daily tasks, improve their overall health and achieve a higher quality of life.
