Bensu Kollath joined the Trust in 1999 following seven years of service to First Indiana Bank as a customer sales representative. She moved to Indiana in 1991 from her native country, Turkey. Kollath studied business and economics at Anadolu University.

In addition to working with the public, Kollath provides administrative support to all departments, with special emphasis on grants administration.
