The Trust requires that a representative from your organization consult with a program officer at least one month prior to submitting a proposal.
Please note: Beginning in 2013, the Trust adopted a one-step proposal process eliminating the preliminary application and letter of intent. For more information on this and how to apply, contact a Trust program officer.
