The Trust released new Guidelines for 2012 . Please review prior to submitting a preliminary proposal. This includes the September 7, 2011 preliminary proposal deadline.

The Trust no longer accepts hard copy preliminary proposals. All preliminary proposals must be submitted through the Trust's website.
